I’m Nabeeha Mahmood and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist. I offer individual therapy for adults navigating self-doubt, healing from past wounds, and facing the unique challenges of living between cultures.

My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I draw from modalities like Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and mindfulness.

All sessions are offered virtually and are available only for clients who are currently located in Ontario.
